Someone finds what you offer, sees your price and your open slots, and books. The session runs inside Saathum. At no point in that flow does anyone need your personal number, because at no point does the platform use it to connect you.
Your Saathum number is the public one
Every account gets a free Saathum number that acts as your public identity. That is the one that can be shared. Your real number is used to sign up and then stays behind it — it is not what people see, and it is not what they get.
Why this matters more when money is involved
A creator taking paid bookings from strangers is exposed in ways a private user is not. Someone who is unhappy, or too happy, now has a direct line to your actual phone, outside the platform, with none of its rules attached. Keeping the number separate means an interaction that goes wrong can be ended, reported and blocked — instead of following you home.
