Saathum — operated by Ava Global International, Inc., a Delaware corporation — respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of the Saathum Services to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on Saathum infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. We may also terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

We have made our best efforts to use AI-generated imagery responsibly. If any image or content on Saathum appears to infringe your rights or is otherwise objectionable, email [email protected] and we will review and remove it. Any such inclusion was not intentional.
