Payouts & Withdrawals

Withdrawal semantics are not yet available; token balances remain internal account balances.

Last updated August 5, 2026

This page explains how withdrawals work on Saathum. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, Tokens & Wallet policy, Refunds & Cancellations policy, and Pricing & Fees page.

Withdrawals are not yet available. Saathum currently makes no promise of cash redemption, payout method, fee, tax treatment, timing, or conversion for token balances.

1. Who pays you

Who you are dealing with. Saathum is the platform brand of Ava Global International, Inc., a domestic Delaware corporation, and the global headquarters of Saathum.

Our legal entity. Ava Global International, Inc. is registered in Delaware. The public registered-agent address is 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713. For general and investor enquiries, write to [email protected].

India. An Indian subsidiary is being incorporated in Mumbai; its details will be published here once registered.

The site is evolving. Features may change, be paused, or be removed as we expand the service. Prices, fees and token values shown on the site are subject to the applicable product terms.

Contact. [email protected] (support and billing) · [email protected] (general and investor enquiries) · [email protected] (privacy).

Payouts are made by Ava Global International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, subject to the applicable product terms and payment-provider requirements.

Withdrawal semantics are not yet available. Do not treat Saathum as a source of payout income or infer a payout workflow from older content.

2. Who can withdraw

No account can currently request a withdrawal through Saathum. Token balances are internal balances, and existing balances and legacy records are preserved while payout semantics are being finalized.

The fixed customer-facing value is 1 Token = ₹1. It is not currently a withdrawal or redemption workflow.

3. Supported payout methods

No payout method is currently promised or enabled by this page. Do not infer UPI, bank transfer, card payout, minimums, fees, or timelines from older help content.

If payout functionality is introduced, its Indian-rupee amount and terms will be shown before confirmation.

Please make sure the payout details you enter are correct. A payout sent to valid but incorrect address that you supplied may not be recoverable.

4. Availability

Withdrawal availability is not yet implemented. When it changes, this page will describe the supported flow and any Indian-rupee amount shown before confirmation.

5. Future verification

Any future payout flow may include identity or account verification, but no withdrawal workflow is currently available. Information collected for any future flow will be handled under our Privacy Policy.

6. Future fees and taxes

No withdrawal fee, tax calculation, net payout, or provider charge is promised at this stage. Future checkout or payout screens will be authoritative for the transaction they quote.

A token reversal is not a payout. It returns the exact token amount recorded for the original transaction and does not recalculate its Token value later.

7. Tax withholding

Where tax law requires withholding on marketplace payouts, we may withhold the required amount and remit it to the authorities. Similar withholding may apply in other jurisdictions where the law requires it. We may ask you for tax details before releasing a payout, and we may decline a payout until they are provided.

You are responsible for your own tax position, including declaring your earnings and paying any tax due on them. Nothing on this page is tax advice.

8. Minimum balance

No minimum withdrawable balance is currently defined because withdrawals are not available.

9. Timelines

No payout timeline is currently offered.

10. Failed or returned payouts

There is no payout workflow to fail or return at present. Any future implementation will define its failure handling before it becomes available.

11. Fraud, AML, and holds

We may delay, hold, reduce, or decline a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, sanctions exposure, abuse of the platform, or a breach of our Terms of Service, or where we are required or permitted to do so by law or by a payment partner. We may also set off amounts you owe us — for example a chargeback, a reversed transaction, or a refund we have issued to a customer — against a pending payout.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
